一、考生放棄考試申請退費依照自愿原則，由考生本人申請辦理。
二、申請退費條件為：目前在新疆烏魯木齊市或遼寧省大連市工作、居住的，以及2020年7月份有在烏魯木齊市和大連市活動軌跡的，已經報考繳費的我區自學考試考生。
三、如符合退費申請條件，但考生堅持要求參加考試的，也請于規定的申請退費時間內向自治區教育招生考試中心報告，考試中心將會同衛生健康部門、疾控機構和醫療機構（臨床醫生）等部門進行安排部署，確保考試安全。
四、自愿放棄考試申請退費時間定為7月27日9時—7月29日17時，需提供考生本人相關信息和銀行卡號。聯系電話0471-3261104、3261106。
